Welcome to the Santa Ana Valley Scottish Rite
The Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, commonly known as the 'Scottish Rite,' is one of several appendant groups of the international Masonic Fraternity. Most of the United States is included in the 'Southern Jurisdiction,' which is then organized into 'Orients.' Within the Orients are 'Valleys,' and our Valley was Chartered November 8, 1979.

We at the Valley support the Children's Language Center of Orange County, which offers complete speech and language diagnostics, evaluations and treatment. Our Center is a local operating unit of the California Scottish Rite Foundation, a charitable trust and 501(c)3 corporation.

Through our giving programs and special events, including our annual RiteCare Classic Golf Tournament, we fund the activities of the Center, and are pleased that our staff and facility are growing to meet the increasing need for these services.

The Valley is also a place of further Masonic education and fellowship, and you are invited to explore this site for more information in that regard. Again, thank you for visiting, and welcome to our Valley.

House of the TempleThe Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry - or, the Scottish Rite, is one of several appendant bodies that are a part of the worldwide fraternity known as Freemasonry.

The Scottish Rite builds upon the ethical teachings and philosophy of the Blue Lodge, through dramatic presentation of degrees. Membership is open to all Brothers and fellows who have attained the degree of Master Mason in a recognized Blue Lodge. Degrees conferred consist of the 4th through 32nd Degrees. There is also an honorary 33rd degree, which is awarded for exceptional service.

Scottish Rite FoundationNothing warms your heart as much as hearing the cheerful sounds of children laughing, talking and playing as they go about their daily routines of living, learning, and preparing themselves to become productive members of society. By the same token, how sad it is to witness the inner pain and suffering of any child who is unable to speak, simply because they are afflicted with a childhood language disorder such as aphasia or dyslexia.
