On the Level Program - October
Conducting a public information night will help correct misconceptions about Masonry and inform potential members of what we are really all about.  This meeting is an excellent opportunity to explain what Masons do through our Masonic charity.  Masons donate millions of dollars and thousands of hours to small and large philanthropic causes.

In general the public has little or no knowledge of what we do or what our goals are.  They don't realize that we are an organization that strives for the highest standards available.  Most of them have never been informed of the many branches under the Masonic umbrella.  Wouldn't it be a good thing to share this information with the public?

The California Grand Lodge has released an easy to use public information program named On the Level.

This program is so easy to use that all you have to do is fill in the blank spaces with the specific information about your organization.  This program has sections outlining specific topics such as advertising, invitations, on the level script, Power Point slide presentation, sample schedule and press releases.  This program normally requires a lap top computer, a PC slide projector and a flat wall or screen.   Please note this does not mean that you can't use the On the Level Program without the aid of a computer or slide projector.  The script portion of this program is thorough enough to use as a stand alone for an excellent presentation.

If you would like more information about the On the Level Program see your Lodge Secretary and ask him for the program and the information package.
